The Beacon Butcher Bar is located in the heart of Boone, NC adjacent to the iconic Water Wheel. We value the handmade and fashion from scratch details as small as the aioli and dressings we use, to homemade cast iron cornbread and pastries, locally butchered meats, and naturally fermented pickles. We love the intentional, the specific, the well-cared-for.

betty’s biscuits
Betty’s Biscuits is named in honor of owner Tina Houston’s grandmother who was an incredible baker. Betty’s Biscuits serves signature biscuits accompanied by coffee and locally sourced ingredients. Their new brick and mortar location in Downtown Boone will have several new biscuit-centric items and beverages — including Bloody Mary’s and mimosas. Opening soon!
